1 Acceptance of Terms

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ha77 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the ha77 platform without the express prior written consent of ha77.

10 Limitation of Liability

It is your responsibility to ensure that your access device and internet connection meet reasonable security standards.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit ha77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

Before closure, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any pending bonus wagering obligations.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by ha77

11.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wager). ha77 will notify you by email prior to applying any dormancy fee or account closure. 12 Amendments and Governing Law
